Enhancing brand affinity through loyalty engagement

Nespresso determined customer loyalty was reliant on an affinity for the brand's carefully curated capsule offerings. In partnership with Nespresso's agency nmbl, we designed a companion app for machine owners that showcases their loyalty program. Allowing consumers to determine their TastePrint: the flavor profiles best fit for them, brand loyalists can track and order their favorite capsules, learning about their origin, the best way to use their machine, and what their sustainable usage footprint is. The client praised this initiative, establishing goals to implement the loyalty app with in-store and machine promotion tactics.
