The Ask: Saucony — a brand among running insiders known for its quality and reliability — tasked our team at 360i with introducing the EverRun RIDE ISO line to the public and compete with lesser-quality and less environmentally-conscious competitors grabbing up loyal Gen-Z/Millenials as their customer base.
The Solution: I lead visual design for the concept and pitch of Saucony’s “Because ______.” campaign. This campaign aimed for the heartstrings of the consumer, integrating into runner-culture and the personal obsessions each consumer has that drive them to keep running. I created a visual design system and applied it across packaging, in-store, guerrilla/event marketings, and social media elements. The overall look and feel is intended to convey the personal impact each person has on the world and a linear association to the impact their shoe prints make on the ground, echoing a shockwave effecting their surroundings.
