The Ask: How can Nabisco meet the arduous challenge of Team USA Official Sponsor at the 2018 PyeongChang Olympics, maintain brand visibility across multiple product offerings & executions, and embrace the essence of Americana, Olympic athleticism, and winter sporting.
The Solution: I designed a comprehensive design system of Americana-inspired, winter-themed slopes, luges, and tracks traversable by Team USA athletes and personified products alike. Extensions of the system to Q1 2018 packaging allowed for consistency across varying product sub-brands, application to Q1 2018 POS for multiple product variations, and elements flexible for digital and social application. Added value of Custom-emoji’s and packaging appeared across broadcast and digital advertising through the duration of the winter games.
